6. Maintenance
The requirement for scheduled maintenance is limited to the following:

| 6 monthly (or as specified by manufacturer) | Check electrolyte level in vented batteries and top up with distilled water if necessary |
| 12 monthly | Clean battery terminals and protect with petroleum jelly Clean top of battery Check security of all connections |
